    About apartments and condos: where public records list each unit separately (most condos do), every unit gets its own postcard. Apartment complexes recorded under a single address are marked with a gray ring and left out, because one postcard can't reach each household. Duplexes and small buildings with one address get one postcard for the building.

    Delivery: postcards are mailed standard class (USPS Marketing Mail). After your order is approved, usually within 1 business day, postcards are printed and mailed within 2 business days, and USPS typically delivers standard mail in 3-10 days. Most arrive 1-2 weeks after you order.
